Force Fabrication Inc. provides precision sheet metal fabrication and laser cutting services. Based in Southern California, our clients are located nationwide and include companies operating in the aerospace, lighting, and medical industries. We expertly fabricate parts and assemblies to our customers exacting specifications. One aspect of our operation which makes us unique is that we’re not limited to as single service, we’re able to cover the entire fabrication process. Our full-spectrum of sheet metal fabrication process starts with programming the part which has been ordered.

Each customer is different in their approach to placing an order. Some orders may be a simple drawing with a request for us to develop a model of the piece based on the drawing. In these cases we’ll help to develop the part based off of the customer’s concept. Other customers have very specific parts requests and provide either computer-aided drawings or very specific, detailed, and nuanced drawings clearly depicting dimensions, shapes, tolerances, and design goals.

We're able to meet any customer specification, or we can help by creating the specifications. We can create models based off of customer concept drawings. Models are developed and then transposed into our manufacturing programs. We also work by hand, imagining the part on paper while working through the fine details. As the concept of the part comes together and materializes, we gather the sheet metal materials and the part is pushed into production.

Force Fabrication Inc. typically fabricates parts to print. So if your company prints have the exact materials, dimensions, tolerances, and any other special requirements, will be more than happy to review your prints for manufacturability. We thrive on large packages, so if your part or project has many prints in a package, then it will be reviewed by our Manufacturing Engineering Department for Value Added Manufacturability.

We are also known for our quality in the precision sheet metal fabrication and laser cutting world of Southern California. A rule of thumb is the closer the tolerances, the higher the cost.  This is a general rule, but there are many other variables involved when estimating a metal part.  Force Fabrication Inc. has an in-house Estimating Department. It is important to keep in mind that sheet metal tolerances are different from machining tolerances.  This is a common mistake with new engineers, and one we see often.

We recently purchased an Amada LC1212  Laser cutting system and are offering exceptional pricing and lead-time for laser cut parts. 

Typically builds for us include punching/laser cutting of parts that require additonal processes we perform such as forming, welding, hardware installation, painting and silkscreening.

Wtih the significant amount of laser cutting capacity, we would like to offer reduced rates for customers requiring laser cutting only; if you need parts in a hurry, let us know.
