is an ISO9001:2015 registered,  ITAR Registered, full service precision sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, CNC machining company based on Oxnard, CA, which provides comprehensive precision sheet metal fabrication services, laser cutting along with dip brazed assemblies. What sets us apart from other contract manufacturers is our expert personnel. We have the skills and knowledge to guide our clients through the entire fabrication process.. One area of expertise is our ability to design assemblies for dip and vacuum brazing; we model and design the braze joints for dip brazing or vaccum brazing, conduct pre-braze machining, post braze machining and plating & painting as required, along with helicoil installation.

Clients may send rough ideas for parts, which we can help to turn into finished ideas with concrete dimensions, specifications, and tolerances. For customers who have very specific parts requests, we can create the part with exact precision to match their specifications. We’re able to meet any customer specification, or we can help by creating the specifications.

Our clients include companies ordering parts for military, aerospace, robotics,  lighting, medical, and RF devices. We also specialize in dip brazed assemblies and housings, as well as common CNC machine part requests. 

We recently added an Amada Laser Cutting System at our Oxnard facility which allows us to laser cut aluminum, steel, stainless steel, inconel and other types of materials. We have open capacity for any laser cutting requirements; if you require laser cut parts quick please contact.

Additionally, at our Oxnard favility we added two new CNC machining centers, HAAS VF2 SS mills. These additions are allowing us to provide more customers with machining services and reduced lead-times.  We pride ourselves in being the source for brazed assemblies with extremely competitive pricing, short lead-times and high quality product.
